Management are totally ineffective and seem to enjoy the low morale which plagues the company. Their style of management is victimisation and intimidation. Contempt for management is very high. I have never witnessed such negativity and low morale in any job I have been in.

Certainly not a clever way to run a business but that is the way it is done at 'The Star'. I do not know a single crew member who has anything nice to say about management. There is zero faith in our leaders amongst the ranks. There is an almost total disregard to direction from management out on the line. (The above my opinion).

No overnights since November except for EPs and other training, which is scattered through the network. There may be some if and when Jetstar flys further afield but definately not enough to warrent working into your predicted salary. The aim is ZERO overnights.

My average fornightly take home pay for the last 6 months has been $1650. Just worked it out. A bit less than the QFLink days but enough to feed and cloth myself so can't complain.
