Working In Operations

Hi All

I'm doing some works experience over the Summer at FR Aviation at teesside, working the Operations department, i was just wondering what to expect?

I would guess its mostly mass & balance and TO calcs, as well as scheduling, but other than that bit of a grey area (thats partly why i want to do it, to find out)
