From Safety Notice SN-11 in the R22 POH:
... if you do have a feeling of weightlessness dueing a maneuver, gently bring the cyclic aft to regain main rotor thrust before (underlined in POH) applying lateral cyclic.
Ride that roll until the rotor disc is re-loaded!
