My point about the US$50M business was that at HK$100K/month + lots of benefits you would be the CEO with full P&L responsibility. Until recently I had P&L responsibility for a US$200M chunk of my employer's business and my expat contract in HK is about the same as SnakeHips suggests for a middle-ranking HR job in CX. <img src="frown.gif" border="0">
