Red face Watching CX Spokeman Tyler

Mr. Tyler's interview on CNN Asia this evening was an interesting exercise.
I thought I was hearing Abeles, but looking at Mr. Tyler.
All the same words. The "normality" of the current operation. 86% of flights leaving on time over a particular period.
Telling the world his pilots were untrustworthy (I paraphrase) - the people who hold the lives of his customers in their hands.
I find it difficult to believe a company such as CX has stooped to this level of management - yet there it is.
