Every positive comment we get in writing is good, sticky; the little forms that come packaged in the reading set in the seatpocket of every seat are overlooked by most passengers, but a few do get filled out and these get passed on to ISD (the Inflight Services Department) and go into our individual files, to be considered later on when we come up for promotion or any other commendation. If you are really impressed by any one flight attendant's service or service style, however, I heartily recommend taking the time to write a letter to ISD about your positive experience. Letters carry more weight than the forms in the reading pack, and go a longer way toward making sure that the flight attendant gets the recognition for his or her work. But if you've no time, then the forms work just fine. Like the old woman said when she p!ssed into the sea, "Every little bit helps!"

Thanks for taking an interest, by the way!
