If you want a definitive answer ring recruiting. I rang them recently and was told that, at 40 I am too old to be an S/O.
I also have seen a table showing, "experience commensurate with age" which said at 40 I should have 4000 hours, 41 4500 hours, 42 5000 hours, etc, etc...
Cant remember where I saw it now though.
Anway keep plugging away, something will definately come your way. Just need to be patient, I know it's hard when we are in our forties.
