Not really meaning to hi-jack the thread...the above noted rant from the guy who actually did pass on decent info was full of some sort of attitude. While the info had some merit, I would be careful when reading. There are some changes to the older style interviews, where the warm body under it's own steam that showed up might have made it in. The attitude of a candidate and his or her ability to work with others is what makes or breaks your chances at GF.
There have been some real dogs that have actually been chased away, and since the new process has been implemented, some good candidates hired. Come with your honesty in place and use your best "non technical" skills. As far as technical skills, you would think that knlowledge that matches your experience would be the benchmark...
Word for the day: "Initiate"...my buddy's wife ate two cheeseburgers, "initiate" a super size french fries....
