I flew back from Amsterdam on good friday to CVT. The 737 we were supposed to be on was (According to the pilot) delayed in repairs so we were dumped on a spacious 757.
Landing was fun. The pilot apologised for the landing and made a comment about short runway!
Get that extension on there!
It was a good experience flying from Cov, although arriving back was a bit chaotic outside - we managed to get a cab almost straight away, but I'm not even sure it was a taxi rank!
Found the terminal fine on the way out, if a bit claustrophobic - and the staff need to get people to free up seats. Luggage DOESN'T need its own chair and those folks LYING on five seats need to told to get up.
FLight out was virtually full - a few empty seats. Flight back seemed to have a lot of Dutch on board, and due to the 757 being so large, there was plenty of space, including some bloke who ran down to the front about 10 seconds before takeoff and changed seats - not sure why!
Would fly from there again, as it's easy to get to...
But they need a "proper" terminal.
