bmi have an on going requirment for new starts through out 2005, in the last 12 months they have lost 37 pilots from a head count of under 125, 12 of these are transfers to baby.
mainline have asked for transfers but regional can not allow any more to go at present (which in a funny way will encourage some to leave anway!?) so don't worry i reckon they will be running a course every other month.
They are now up to 14 aircraft with a dry lease PH aircraft in for 6months.
Keep chipping away, bear in mind that JB is a very busy boy and has more hats than boy george.
