Fat Dog,
I don't, however it seems to be a recipe for someone getting airborne with the wrong flap setting. On the 757 performance has never been an issue as the aircraft is overpowered for its weight so I cannot see how any airline has decided to introduce another opportunity for pilots to get it wrong.
A case me thinks of the tail wagging the dog. (sorry I had to get that in)
