I had an interview with BACX around this time last year (unsucessfully). I can concur with tallblokes comments, the interview was very relaxed...more of a chat about your experience and how you got there, rather than anything to catch you out.
I was pretty much told that I missed out due to being a bit old..(30ish)..and having a wife and mortgage, as at that time they wanted guys/girls who were able to be super flexible.
As for the training risk....I guess thats in the eye of the beholder..PPrune and Astraeus have shown faith in me
