Is this all being a bit non-PC...casting aside potential candidates based upon mere gender? Certainly, if we were to use such criteria in the selection of students or in hiring or evauating others, there would be grounds for complaint. I mean after all...did we not have a lawsuit in the USA over men not being hired by a small family restaurant called "Hooters" a while back.
As helicopter pilots and pilot-ettes are we not above such gender based concepts.
