The outcome of any efforts to 'up the ante'is likely to be flight disruptions caused by crews being unfit to fly. I (along with most of my colleagues) am genuinely sorry that this state of affairs has been allowed to continue for so long and I really hope that you manage to get on your flights without difficulty. Your trip looks like it will be great fun. If it's any consolation (and it won't be much, I'm afraid)the last time that intransigence caused flight cancellations the company farmed out some of the routes, at massive expense, to other operators. It is likely that you will reach your destinations but the carrier with whom you fly might not be your first or even seventh choice. Good luck.
