I thought the training I recieved at Civic was great, good ground school with my instructor, and flight time was never a problem as long as you scheduled out a little bit.
got though from 0 to CFI in about 10 months.
I 've heard that they're getting pretty busy, so you might want to givem a call if you only have a short amount of time to do your training... so as to make sure you can get on the schedule.
