The posted letter starting this thread is an example of what many "outsiders" have posted about how the personnel who are from CX act like in this forum. One small imperfection, one simple question, one slight of the misuse of your language, and on and on, you grab hold like mad dogs wanting to tear into a piece of meat. Your Mr. Turnbull seems to be reflecting your own behaviour patterns.
When you point that index finger at those of us "outside", including your paying passengers, and you berate, demean and disrespect us, you are also pointing three (yes three (3)) fingers back at yourselves. That was the the point when I made the comments in a330's posting. If you feel it is beneath you to answer the posted question then be ladies and gentlemen enough to not tear the person or their question to shreds over such an insignificant event. Do you get the picture? You have all writtenposted for me and others to take a chill. Many of the people posting from CX here are just as touchy and overly anxious to show their superiority to others as your Mr. Turnbull. With all honesty; take a look at yourselves. BTW, no I am not a crop duster, and I know for a fact that if you tried to do my job you would be more lost than Mary's little lamb.
I have flown on CX many times and paid full fare, but the more I read here the more certain I am to choose another carrier.
Perhaps the reason you no longer read postings from Maro Polo is because he too made the decision to not fly with CX because of the attitudes with which his sincere posting were greeted with "'how dare you intrude', 'You outsider' 'You have no clue what it is like being important'" He and his company may have been one of CX's most fervent supporters and his imput to the revenue was substantial. These postings are annonymous and you have no clue to whom you may be addressing your insults and demeaning behavior. The point before in the a330 thread was that a330's question was less than throwing peanuts and you wanted to rip him apart for his sincere attempt to engage in a rapport and exchange of information and camaraderie. You certainly demonstrated your prejudice, and quickness to put others in their place. Well done ladies and gentlemen, well done.

P.S. (this is my edit) Lead on Mr Turnbull Lead On your troops are following suit perfectly.
