Yes interview time again.A lot of them delay their slots for interview thinking that a better MOU package is due.

But a week back management hand MAPA a new deal.NOT SO NEW AFTERALL.It's the same stuff that they offered 5 months back.25% on basic and 60% on productivity and no mention of tax free productivity.MAPA seems to be upset with the package, thinking that a better deal is at hand.

The management thinks that they have the upper hand now, with the GARUDA crew secondment, they are now able to man the fleet. So why bother with a better package.Take it or LEAVE.

They are approaching GA for 737 and A330 secondment as well. The recruitment of F50 and twin otter capt and copilot went fairly well. Most of the takers are indonesians. So all of a sudden they have solved their problem.

Good thing is you have an average of 3 pilots monthly getting to EK.Most of these have given up hope on a better package.Enough of all this BS,my slot will be next month.Time to get out.
