sounds interesting,landed then suddenly flipped forward?
possible situation landed nose upslope started to slide on the skids backwards.still light on the skids and then decided to stuff the nose forward to compensate.
Is that more of a probable cause,also R44 different weight balance with fuel and fattys on board
A 10 hr machine the horror !!
