Actually, by moaning your not whinging, your a whinger yourself.
This "whinging" network seems to be the only place were you can go with your criticism, as EK doesn`t have any proper feedback system in place. As you would expect from a reputable company.
Even if you are totally happy with your job, there are always issues, as for instance stated above.
And there is a lot more to complain about, but ofcourse you can easily put your head in the sand , if you want
