Up until the massive cut in late 2003/early 2004 there was well over £4bn to buy new battlefield helicopters. Over £1bn got arbitarily chopped from the budget, yet the this has been spun as a seeming "improvement"................
Words fail me about the lengths these political tossers in power will go to in order to cover up their real actions.
