Thanks for that. I seem to recall something too but, judging by the lack of response to this topic (notwithstanding yet another piece of creative accounting) the apathy still reigns supreme.
Last (only) big profit share we got just after such a scheme was intro'd we had 2.99 months and we didn't make anything like 5 Billion. Also we had more employees so is this an inferior scheme or what.
Just let's find out what the Directors give themselves. 6 weeks plus 6000 bucks - yeh right!!!!!
