Thank you Thrust for your kind comments. I understand that some users might think that we're sticking our noses into forums which we don't belong but I guess they haven't visited the Wannabe forum. Otherwise they will know that it only consists of people mainly from UK or Europe. I personally feel like a foreigner there. With Fragrant Harbour, there is a sense of closeness with daily issues which I could relate to. Maybe some are hard nose or arrogant but it's people like you whom we look up to make aviation (CX included) a better place for the future. Please overlook us for asking improper questions.
