There are a couple of pages containing information and instructions on how to get rid of it - it looks like it could be a lot more complicated than just deleting one registry key !
There may be a simple answer if the program "e-Surveiller" is listed in "Add/Remove Programs" then you should be able to uninstall it like any other program
