I don't know what you mean by FAA is definitely NOT the standard. Hopefully, what you mean is, that Malaysian DCA standard incl. MFA is too low for FAA.
I can't see how a good FAA instructor would have any problems instructing here in Malaysia - so please explain. Thanks.
