SACR - To answer your Qs: No we are not desperate to recruit.... but always casting the net for suitable applicants. We will have a requirment for NCA as long as we have Multi Crew Aircraft.
Having once been in a similar position as yourself (JT Engine Basher - at Lossiemouth)........ just go for it!! Having the self-belief to take that first step is your responsibility.
