No problem,
the first question is WHY do you want to fly in the opposite axes??
But anyway follow this:
1. Settings
2. Controls ----> assigments (on the RHS of window)
3. Joystick axes (second tab)
4. Select reverse (for both pitch (Elevator) and roll (Aileron))
