I can confirm 8 of those 13,000 changes in December and the Irony I did the same Christmas duty as I was rostered after 5 changes, however Not with the same Cpatain.
I feel we should turn up the heat, I think we lost the window of opportunity in December. I am just hoping the AOA knows best!
