This reflects very poorly on the so-called management of My Travel Airways.
You don't have a selection and recruitment process, offer jobs and then suddenly have changed operational requirements to that extent. Someone here has seriously stuffed things up. Either the whole show is about to go tits-up, or the recruitment was never properly authorised in the first place.
MrHorgy, were you made an offer of employment? Was there a contract document? Did you accept? If so, then you may have an actionable case for unreasonable termination of employment. Or even for redundancy. I would call whatever the appropriate government department is that controls labour and workplace relations in the UK, and get some advice.
