Interesting statement. Little over the top but I believe that USAB is registered in Vancouver no? NOT A HK compnay if it was it would defeat the purpose of its exsistence no? I have researched this and have spoke with the IRS and IRD and have had no problems as a colleague of mine has either. He has been doing the same thing for the last five plus years.
