I guess because some people might still fail the test? I dont know how true this is but I was told some people dont need to drink to be close to the limit, which is scary.

You never know who reads these forums and the last thing NJ or any other company needs is its customers or the press (who do visit these forums for sure
) picking up on things that are said. Scary isnt it?
