Hey GW,

If you have a valid PPL, you'll get a 50 hours grace from your CPL course. If you're not a Malaysian and since LATC is full at the moment, I advice that you do your CPL back in your country or elsewhere and don't even think about MFA. MFA has 250+ students now and still taking. You wouldn't want to burn a hole in your pocket doing nothing.

About flying clubs, I don't think I am entitled to give my 5 cents thought but all I can say is that their all almost the same. Just go for the ones that saves you $$$. Don't forget to see what kind of aircraft you are trained on. Sometimes the course is cheap because you fly microlights or ultralights which these hours are not really recognised. But, still try to get those with the cheaper $$$ offer. Save some cash, and you could buy me a round of beer!

Wish you all the best!
