J LO,If you are showing up for work and there is 2 s/o's doesn't that mean someone did have the balls.Now that wouldn't be you as it sounds like you would be one of the guys standing there in dispatch.Like the post ahead of me if you don't watch it 2 s/o's will become the norm and than guess how long till command.Anyone here who isn't a Captain has more hoops to jump thru till we are in the left seat or get our QL or the JFO.They are all milestones that WE ALL have to go through so lets stand up togeather and not look out for our own little personal agenda.
