Why guys stay at GFS?
Mostly not because of pay. We all know that money can only bring SHORT TERM re-enforcement.The more you make, the more you spend/want. It is to a certain extent, the nature of the job! Patricular the choppers drivers.
HOwever, as the guys grow older and wiser, this childhood desire:'to serve those who are in need' will subside. There is little room to bend over backwards before it breaks.
To GFs management, you got a great bunch of guys wants to have a career here. Don't force them out to airlines by making silly move like this. For what you've experienced, it is only the beginning. If you go against the norm, (pilots are professional, can not be lead by non-professional) I am not threating you, you got a big staff issue to explain to CSB when the guys vote with their feet!!!
