I'm confused with the literature.
Sqn Ldr retires at 44 yr exit point. Gets immediate pension and lump sum .
Flt Lt aircrew asymmilated on to PA spine this year age 38, wants to leave at 44 (PVR). Immediate pension or no pension until 55 yrs?
