Seriously, Qatar Airways is in the EXACT same situation. We lose quality captains and, more importantly, long time quality first officers continuously because of the same lunatic policy.
Congratulations to Ethihad, Virgin, Dragonair, Netjets, Cathay and all the others who have taken QR and Gulf Air pilots who were obviously not appreciated by their respective companies.
When, if ever, will this stupidity cease?
