It's been on the cards for some time, but the Yanks won't be leaving in a hurry. I'm guessing that the airport will still function, maybe still with an ATC det there. The writing was on the wall with the moving of the Sea King OCU to Valley. It will still get a regular airing for large exercises though, i expect.
