I will be having a chat with the OASC dudes about what they are looking for in the selection process as we have sent some top blokes down over the last year, but they have failed the selection. Despite the re-org up at Kinloss and the fact that we may be overborn for a while, we still need to recruit WSOps(....which is why the FRI is still running). Don't worry about the likes of the omni-present BEagle...there's more to Nimrods than just flying over the sea eating cakes.......we've got curry too
