As a prospective S/O F/O these your resolutions should be the minimum accepted. The junior ranks need to speak out as you say. They also need the support of thier peers to do so. Not to say that they are not receiving it, it is just a statement. We are currently going through the a similar situation at my present company. A " work to rule" (no O/T, letter of the contract)stand was taken by our membership recently and the results were positive. We received a increase in COS. It seems to be short term as things are beginning to slide again. The company relies on O/T and thusly does not hire enough crew. Which leads to less time off and lower quality of life. . Posturing by THE COMPANY on financial woes as contract talks are under way. The membership is getting ready to take a no overtime position and perform to the letter of the contract.

I look forward to hearing the results of the focus meeting.
