....so let me get this straight. Our A-scale Captains are a) earning less in salary than a Delta 737 Captain. b) work upwards of 30% more hours c) have less than 50% of the pension benefits d) are told by Tyler and Rhodes that they are earning 'industry leading pay and benefits'..!! Give me a break! If this is how poorly the A-scale compares to the leading industry pay and ben. scales, how badly does it show the B-scale to be in comparison? Gentlemen, we are being royally scr-wed. IF WE CONTINUE TO FLY THE AIRCRAFT AS NORMAL, WE WILL NEVER SEE ANYTHING DIFFERENT IN OUR PRESENT CONDITIONS. It is time (well past in my opinion) to resolve to stand up to this tyranny of abject incompetence, and show the management that there is a DEFINITE cost to losing goodwill. CALL THE AOA AND LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU ARE READY AND WILLING TO STAND UP FOR WHAT WE DESERVE. ......A-scalers earning less than 737 captains.....!!!! For Pete's sake!!
