Sounds like a Tuna spotting exercise....age old argument...fly out of sight of the boat.....don't fly out of sight of the boat. It is always easier to find the boat if you always have it in sight. My argument is I can get you onto fish faster this way. The other rule was to borrow money from the Captain....that way he had a reason to come fetch you.
