If the head honchos could see their way to giving us a realistic housing allowance and paying all our school fees i'm sure a whole lot of us guys would be happy to stay here.
I pay up to BD500 a month just to stay in my regular 3 bed house and put my kids through school...doesnt leave a lot left over does it??
thats why guys are looking around at other airlines and leaving in their droves.
