I hope they're paying you enough!! I don't know why Shy gets so many FJs that don't trigger the TCAS - use of a serviceable transponder is a requirement in the milAIP for operating in the UKLFS - if they are turning them off then they should be shopped as it is clearly a dangerous practice.
