here at $14.95, but they are all mail order from the US (which does not comply with your 1 week turnaround). More are available and these are just the first 3 hits from Google.
Afraid that there does not appear to be any free versions for the Musketeer.
Have you asked the club if they would fax / email a copy of what they use?
