737 pilots
Hello,
We see for the moment a lot of opportunities for pilots with minimum 500 hrs on the 737. I'm wondering if on the job market there is still a lot of pilots with this experience, I mean I understand that a lot of pilots are moving from a company to an other with better salary, advantages, roster... but who fill the free places?
Is this so expensive for a company to do a line training with unexperienced 737 pilots?
