If my memory doesn't lie, there are last minute break sellers in terminal one at FRA. Somewhere on the upper level above the LH check in desks.
Some friends of mine booked a nice w/e in the Canaries from there a year or so back. Sounds quite exciting turning up at the airport with your passport, credit card and toothbrush not knowing where you might end up. Not everyone's cup of tea but...
