Ok so the property that I was looking at was incorrectly advertised (
) - the price I thought was per month was actually per week - so I am out there looking again! Hoping for a studio or one bedroom apartment, however this may be perhaps unrealistic for under £400pcm! Sooooo anyone that either knows of a) a reliable agent or website; or b) is looking to rent out their investment property, please pm me!
