USB Problem
A close friend has bought a DELL. Not bad spec etc. However, anytime an application is opened a message that tells of "ADJUSTIJNG USB BANDWIDTH" comes up and a small clock says that its doing it. It also advises that all other USB things should be closed down, but there are none plugged in apart from the modem!!!!
Any advice? Please!!
