I think you're being a bit unfair on every ATCO who works for SERCO when you start talking safety - we're no different to you. You're also being very insulting to the guys (one an ex inspector ATC) who are instigating safety policy through the organisation. Maybe you should move with the times instead of spouting PPP rhetoric.
As for the not caring about staff - well, looks like I've just got what I wanted from them (but it nearly turned into a
