In conclusion
Must of read this thread so many times now and guess we are at the point where it looks like it has come to a natural end. When normaly very mellow and funny people like sid and echo5 are getting wound up by goings on then it is time to quit. It looks like we will never get to know what is realy going on and whatever is going to happen to the money. As we have been told, it is none of our buisness. Just because you gave money to charity does not give you the right to know it got there.
When people go to the lenth of posting legal notices on threads like this then it becomes a different matter. Upon checking it seems that since this is a "user subscribed forum" and not in the "public domain" then it is totaly inadmisable in a court of law. The only time it would be of use would be to try and bring a private civil prosecution against any said party. The only problem being is that said parties must of used Christian names and implied matters of an untruthfull or desolutery nature. Any allegations of fraud etc would have to bee investigated prior to any action being taken. Basicaly you legal notice aint worth the effort it took to type it and you need to get better advice fram your legal eagles!. P.S. you need to know who you are taking action against in the first place!!! serving notice to a forum handle is verging on the ridiculous!
People can rant and rave about things till the cows come home. They can front up and spin a line in bulls**t so thick that they start to belive it themselves. You can look inside yourself and find the person there is not who you want to be or pretend that you are. Turn your back and walk away, stick your head in the sand.
