All I can say is that Air Finland seems to be an excellent company to be with. Maybe not perfect in every possible way, but which one would?
A 757 rating/experience is not essential, but preferred. No training bond, but one who joins without the rating has to pay a fixed sum on top of the salary for 2 yrs. After that, one receives a nice single bonus and full salary. Starting salary is not so great, but makes life survivable in the Scandinavian harsh climate.
Flying is quite exciting mix of "local" roundtrips around the Mediterranean area plus some long haul trips as an extra bonus. Rosters require some time away from home, so if 8-12 day trips would create a problem this ain't a job for you.
Instead it is THE JOB for everyone who wants to build up his/her career with a very enthustiastic, young and dedicated group of people. Hmmm... to be honest; It's not a job, it rather feels like a very nice lifestyle indeed...
